Coverage of Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty
All our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our product warranty details.
What Payment Options Are Available?
Once you have confirmed the item you wish to purchase, you have to pay the full amount at the checkout page either by Credit or Debit Card.
Can I Send In My Own Design?
Yes, you can! Send us an email or WhatsApp with a general description and we'll sketch it for you. Or, you can send in a picture of something you saw online or in real life and we will try to design it to be as close as possible to the original!
How Long Does A Fully Custom Design Take?
The process from design to delivery will usually take 4 weeks. We will make every effort to ensure you receive it within that timeframe, if not earlier. An update on progress will be communicated to you every week.
Diamond and Jewellery Information
Do Your Products Come With Certification?
Yes, every center/main stone, will come with GIA or IGI certification. If you purchase loose diamonds from us, it will also come with certification.
However, side stones, especially those which are 0.3ct or smaller, usually do not come certified.
What Are The Differences Between Lab-grown Diamond And Natural Diamond?
Lab-grown (LG) and natural diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical (pure carbon, same sparkle/hardness) but differ in origin, cost, and rarity.
Lab-grown are not fake diamonds. In fact, the most trained eye, using a magnifying loupe, will not be able to tell a difference between lab and natural.
However, special machines do have the technology to differentiate between the two.
Can You Use Other Metals Instead Of Gold/Platinum?
Yes, we do offer Silver and even Gold Vermeil (Gold-coated with Silver base). But, this is only available as a fully custom design.
What If My Ring Size Is Wrong?
This is not unusual. You can send it back to us and we will resize it for you, up or down. Please note that this might incur additional costs.
Shipping Information
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping will be fulfilled by Fedex. However, please note that your country's Customs may charge you a levy.
How Long Does Delivery Take After Payment?
Unless the jewellery is your own idea/creation, we aim to deliver to you within 3 weeks, +/- a few days.
Do You Have Insurance For The Delivery?
You can rest assured that all items are fully insured by us until they reach the requested delivery address and a signature is upon receipt.
Is My Order Trackable?
Once your item has been dispatched we will WhatsApp/email you a tracking number and an online link so you can trace the delivery status or your order.
