We provide complimentary worldwide insured shipping on all orders. Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday only).

Return Shipping Charges
Malaysia Orders
- One-time complimentary return shipping for resizing, refurbishment, or valid manufacturing defect warranty claims handled by Purnama Jewels.
- For subsequent returns, inbound shipping to Purnama Jewels will be covered by us; however, a USD 20 fee will be charged when the amended item is shipped back to the customer.
International Orders
- One-time complimentary international return shipping applies only to approved warranty claims for manufacturing defects.
- Warranty claims do not include resizing or refurbishment for international orders.
- Subsequent warranty-related returns will incur a USD 120 shipping fee per shipment.
- All other international returns will also incur a USD 120 shipping fee per shipment.
- Any GST, VAT, customs duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
*All warranty-related returns are subject to inspection and approval in accordance with our warranty terms.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Packaging & Security
Every order from Purnama Jewels is delivered in our signature packaging and includes all relevant documentation, such as appraisal reports and diamond certificates where applicable.
- Engagement rings and wedding bands are presented in ring boxes
- Loose diamonds and gemstones are shipped in secure protective packaging
- All parcels are sealed with tamper-evident security stickers
Customers are advised to inspect their parcel upon delivery. If the security seal appears damaged or tampered with, please do not sign for the package and contact our customer service team immediately.
